Dental Nurse Trainer

Our client is a dental corporate with 70 high quality, modern dental practices in England providing excellent NHS and private dental care to thousands of patients every week. They are looking for an Dental Nurse Trainer who is dedicated and passionate about dental services and has an interest in sharing their knowledge and skills with others.

The successful candidate will cover the below Dental Practices:
Beaumont, Burbage, Cedar Road, Northfield, Oundle, Rugby, Victoria Promenade, Weston Favell, Woodview.

You must be a qualified and registered dental nurse and will become part of the training team. (Newly qualified dental nurses may also be considered).

Duties & Responsibilities:
??? Provide training and support to all practice staff involved in dental nursing and reception duties
??? Implement a recognised standard of training, which will focus on the continual improvement of clinical knowledge and practice
??? Understanding of policy and procedure across the practice network
??? Organising, planning and implementing a company training schedule for new starters
??? Maintaining a structured assessment programme for existing trained staff
??? Keeping training records in line with KPI???s and providing monthly reports on training progress
??? Understanding Clinical Governance, CQC and HTM105 requirements in order to advise practice staff

This post will require travelling to several practices. Mileage will be paid under certain circumstances for employees who use their own vehicles for company business. Overnight stay at practices outside of your stated area could also be required.
