Corporate Buildings Manager
Salary: £32,171 - £36,902 per annum,
fully inclusive of local weighting
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic manager to join the thriving Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the allocated buildings are fully fit for purpose on a day-to-day basis, including offices and community buildings.
You will ensure that the buildings are fully compliant with Health & Safety regulations, Security and general Facilities Management Services.
You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of Facilities Officers ensuring the customer service provided is effective, efficient and promotes an overall good working environment for all staff and our clients.
We are looking for someone with the ability to work under pressure with a keen drive for delivering outstanding building management and customer service. You will be a focused, well organised individual with the proven ability to deliver results. You must be flexible, energetic and have excellent written and verbal communicational skills.
