We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join our successful team based in Worcester on a Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract.

The purpose of the role is to promote the Personal Lines proposition to new and existing customers providing a high level of service and support.

This is a varied client focused role with excellent long term development potential within the business.

Duties:

• Be the primary point of contact for customers whether dealing with customers face-to-face, responding to inbound telephone queries or following up leads with outbound calls.
• Liaise with customers regarding their renewals, issuing quotes and processing the paperwork
• Update and maintain records on core systems
• Work closely with relevant support teams to provide excellent service to clients
• Liaise with Insurers regarding customer policies

Skills and experience:

We are looking for bright, articulate candidate with a 'can do' attitude and a high level of communication skills. We are open to previous experience although exposure of working within a similar client focussed sales or service role within either financial services or insurance would be an advantage however not essential.

A confident telephone manner is crucial along with the ability to build rapport with customers and close sales. Full training is given so provided you have the desire to succeed and would like to build a career within Financial Services/Insurance, we would like to hear from you.
