Planned Surveyor
Didsbury
Salary: CH Scale 8 (£27,354 - £31,252)
9 Months Fixed Term Contract – 35 hours per week
Housingrecruit.com is advertising for a Planned Surveyor on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Didsbury.
As Planned Surveyor, you will provide full project management in the delivery of substantial investment programmes to the organisation ensuring high quality and customer standards, on time, and in accordance with policy and procedures.
Experience of project management and delivery of planned maintenance in a similar environment.
