Customer Support Officer – Disability Charity
Our client is a leading disability charity with over 90 years’ experience of championing equality, providing choice and promoting independence.
They are looking for self-starting, confident Customer Support Officer, providing workable solutions to clients’ needs.
Title: Customer Support Officer (non-hub based)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2017
Based: Elsenham, Essex
The successful applicant should enjoy a fast pace, target driven environment and have the ability to effectively manage client expectations. You will be responsible for processing grant and loan paperwork and supporting with promotions. You will need to have a calm, patient approach with the ability to deliver a consistently high quality service.
A sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to produce written and statistical reports will be a distinct advantage.
