Does your administrative background include experience of filing, keeping records and using a database (possibly HR related)? Would you like to be part of an organisation that counts on the professionalism, insight, expertise and passion of its staff to inspire individual recovery for the people they work with? Then join us as a recruitment coordinator.

Recovery Focus is a new group of expert charities with the shared aim to inspire individual recovery nationwide. Between us we have a track record of more than 200 years of developing and running personalised services that work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitions. Each partner organisation has its own rich history of success, but together we believe we can lead the way in evidence-based recovery pathways, tailored to meet local and individual needs.

Right now, one of our partners, Richmond Fellowship, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with a good level of education and confident office IT skills, to join their head office team.

Your challenge? To provide a comprehensive, cost efficient and timely recruitment service to the Group. That means using a Recruitment Management System (RMS) to coordinate recruitment requests and posting jobs to our website. It also means acting as first point of contact for technical queries regarding the RMS.

Educated to ‘A’ level standard or equivalent, if you have a CIPD Level 3 or above qualification or are working towards one, that would be an advantage, although it is not essential. You will, however, definitely need an interest in HR, a good level of numeracy, proficiency using Microsoft Office applications as well as experience of using a database and data entry. Well organised, with excellent planning skills, you have great attention to detail, lots of self-motivation and initiative and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. What’s more, you’re comfortable handling the pressure of daily deadlines and dealing with routine tasks efficiently and accurately and able to maintain confidentiality.

In return, you can expect some great benefits, including 25 days' holiday, contributory pension scheme, employee assistance programme and childcare vouchers, plus exceptional professional development and training opportunities.

So, get inspired and take the first steps towards a more fulfilling career.
