We are looking for a Resourcer/Candidate Consultant to join us to support a small team of Recruitment Consultants. You will be sourcing and registering candidates through telephone and face-to-face interviews, managing the candidate database and supporting Consultants with general administration.

Previous recruitment experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

You will be joining a successful and growing team and will have the opportunity to develop to a Recruitment Consultant position.

BRIEF - Recruitment Resourcer

As a Resourcer/Candidate Consultant you will be actively involved in identifying and sourcing candidates through on-line job boards, social media, database searches and word-of-mouth/referrals.

Daily activities will involve candidate sourcing, candidate update calls, CV preparation, interview prep and supporting the Recruitment Consultants with general administration. Ideally you will have had some exposure to the recruitment sector but this is not essential as full training will be provided.
