Group Branch Manager

A leading fluid power and lubrication systems distributor, integrator and MEICA service provider is looking for a Branch Manager for their new, bigger premises in Aston, Birmingham. The Birmingham branch is one of four sites across the UK, with offices in Gloucester, Durham and Leeds as well. Historically the branch network has traded solely as outlets of the hydraulic equipment distribution division. It is this Group's strategic vision to offer the full range of services from across all 5 divisions through all locations. This has already proved extremely successful in the Leeds and Gloucester branches. They have just moved their Birmingham branch to a new, larger unit which is now fully equipped to support this new strategy.

As such, they are now recruiting a branch manager for this site. This person will operate at a Group level and will be responsible for the P&L of this site. The successful candidate will have experience in hydraulic or lubrication systems and capable of building and managing a team of service engineers.

As this is a new venture, so they are looking for someone who has the drive and initiative to get this up and running and who is willing to roll sleeves up when necessary.
