Professional Development Assistant HMC (the Headmasters' and Headmistresses' Conference) is a professional Association of Heads of the world's leading independent schools.
A key service that the Association offers to Heads and staff in HMC schools is a range of professional development opportunities, including the high-profile HMC Teacher Training programme.
We are seeking an Assistant to work 25 to 35 hours per week, contributing to the delivery of HMC's professional development services.
The successful candidate will have at least three years' experience of administration and clerical office experience.
The post is based at our head office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire, and the exact hours are negotiable.
An initial twelve-month contract is offered with a full-time equivalent salary of £23,063, together with generous annual leave and pension provision.
