At Barnardo's, we believe in children. Our purpose is to transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable children and our vision is to realise Thomas Barnardo's dream of a world where no child is turned away from the help that they need. Our stores are key to generating the funds we need to make that vision a reality.

Now's your chance to play your part in this vital work. As well as maximising sales and profit in this busy store, you'll ensure that we achieve the very highest standards of presentation and customer service. Your aim will be to make your store a ‘must visit' in your local area as you create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers, staff and volunteers alike.

A flexible approach to hours worked is essential as times may vary from week to week. An experienced retailer with a good understanding of fashion trends, you've the creativity and resourcefulness to generate customer and donor loyalty. You should also be well-organised and self-motivated with outstanding communication and administrative skills. This will all be matched by your ability to manage, lead and nurture staff.

In return, you will work for one of the UK's largest charity retailers with benefits, including full training and development package, promotion prospects, pensions and benefits.

Generating the money we need to make children's lives better is a truly fulfilling role. So if you'd like to use your talent and retail knowledge to make a positive difference, we'd like to hear from you.
