Position: Sous Chef

Salary Package: GBP29,500 per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Ability to run the kitchen on a day to day basis in the absence of the Head Chef
Assist the Head Chef in menu compilation and possess an in depth knowledge of the full menu
Ensure consistency in food quality and service timing at all times
Ability to build, mentor and progress kitchen brigade
Must have knowledge and understanding of current food hygiene and health and safety legislation


THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:


Will have experience at the level of application- Sous Chef
Enjoys working in a very busy environment
