Sous Chef New Opening Stafford Staffordshire upto 23K Plus Tips and Live In
Sous Chef required for this High End Grill Restaurant and Bar due to open in the next couple of months.
This position would suit somebody looking for a fresh challenge ideally with previous experience of working in a fast paced environment, cooking with all fresh ingredients ideally with some experience of Char grill cooking but this is not essential
As Sous Chef you will be working alongside the Head Chef and assist with the day to day running of your kitchen assuming responsibility on their days off
The Head Chef is looking for somebody who is a team player and good communicator, somebody that he can bounce ideas off and who will take a proactive role developing new ideas and dishes
This is a hands on role and you will be involved in service every day, part of your duties will include training and motivating your team ensuring their on-going training is completed.
Live in is available if required but would also suit anyone living in the in the Stafford, Cannock, Telford, Lichfield, Uttoxeter, Wolverhampton or possibly Stoke on Trent area with their own transport if required
