Sous Chef Leicester Leicestershire upto 24K Plus Tips
Sous Chef required for a fast paced Country Inn / Gastro Pub cooking tasty rosette standard dishes located in a stunning village just north of Leicester.
The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience of cooking upto 100 covers per day from all fresh seasonal ingredients.
Part of your duties will be to help maintain standards at all times, ensuring that the team stays focussed and all prep is completed in time for service. The Head Chef is happy for you to put forward menu ideas and daily specials.
As Sous Chef you will need previous experience in hotels or restaurants, have full knowledge of all sections including pastry, feel comfortable running service in the absence of the Head Chef, lead by example and have the patience to help train and inspire junior chefs.
This is a Live out position and Candidates will need to live in the Leicester, Loughborough Melton Mowbray or possibly the Coalville area with their own transport if required
