Demi Chef de Partie
Location: Welwyn Garden City Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to GBP19,000 plus tips and Live In
Demi Chef de Partie required for this busy Country Hotel and Award Winning Restaurant.
The Head Chef is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie with good all-round experience in a good Hotel, ideally with some Rosette experience, to work in their fine dining restaurant and lounge bar
As Demi Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a team, working closely with a Chef De Partie and supervising Commis and ensuring that your section is clean organised and ready for service
Live in is available if required but may also suit anyone living in the Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Hertford or Stevenage area with their own transport if required
