Job Description:

Position: Senior Online Acquisition Manager Location: London Company Our client is an International digital consulting agency offering their services to eCommerce and subscriptions websites in sectors such as fashion, health travel and games. They are looking for a Senior Online Acquisition Manager to manage the high traffic B2C websites for their long-term clients. Key responsibilities for the Online Acquisition ManagerCreate Content, Ads that convert and manage content optimization.Ensure business growth with existing partners and negotiate with agencies to drive traffic to the website.You will be in charge of delivering campaigns across all digital marketing channels (Native Ads, PPC, Affiliates, Emailing, RTB).Manage budget and ROI for these channels and look after invoicing.Look after Campaigns creation and launch new Ads.Handle all daily reporting and follow up of the campaigns and ads.Conduct competitor analysis and look at new territories and markets to target as well as Ads optimizations, traffic sources and biding optimization.Working in a testing led environment e.g. landing pages, bids, creative etc.Conducting landing page/web page optimization to drive further acquisition.Oversee and implement eCRM strategy in order to improve customer retention rate and value. Essential Skills and Experience for Online Acquisition ManagerExtensive experience driving engagement and acquisition for an eCommerce organization.Good understanding of Google Analytics and other online tools (Optimizely, VWO, Mixpanel).Good data driven experience with a perfect understanding of ROI measurement/attribution and optimization.Outstanding attention to details, autonomous, resourceful and multitasking.Creative mind and a great problem solver with strong analytical and numerical skills.Time management skills.Excellent communication skills with experience negotiating partnerships.University degree, ideally in engineering or computer-science.
