Be a Customer Experience Manager at Gala

We're looking for idea-brewing, problem-solving people-magnets to join our team as Customer Experience Managers.

We need people who will listen to our customers and understand how we can make their experience at Gala an even better one. People who will make our customers happier than ever. People who can come up with new ways to engage with audiences. Customer Experience Managers will be the people going out into the local community, creating links with local businesses and interacting with the wider community to create a network of bingo fans.

You'll be brilliant at chatting to customers - and crucially, you'll have evidence of how you have improved the customer experience in previous roles. You'll have great questioning and relationship-building skills which will enable you to draw out honest feedback about our customers' experiences at Gala, dealing with any negative comments swiftly and effectively.

You'll be able to use this information to learn lessons, implement changes and come up with new ideas for improvements to engage new audiences and improve our membership experience.
