Ashdown Park Hotel, East Sussex, now has an exciting opportunity available for Chef de Rang Waiter.
Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club is a stunning grade two listed country house set in 186 acres of beautiful grounds on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. An award winning 4 red star Hotel and fine dining two rosette Anderida Restaurant.
We are looking for an exceptional individual, who is passionate about providing first class customer service, to exceed our guests' expectations.
As Chef de Rang you will join a professional and friendly team who's aim is to provide the highest quality of guest service at all times, to exceed customer expectations, maximize repeat custom and maintain quality standards. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of Restaurant and equipment prior to service, (breakfast, lunch and dinner). You will ensure that the restaurant consistently operates to a 2 AA Rosette standard.
You will have 1-2 years experience in a Restaurant, ideally of 4 star status, and you must have a good command of the English language and be confident when dealing with team members and guests. You must have a friendly and professional manner, to make every meal an occasion for its guests. An NVQ in Catering or Hospitality, WSET training or similar is desirable.
