We have an exciting new opportunity at the St James of Bermondsey, for a vibrant and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to come and join our friendly team.
You will have the opportunity to really develop your management skills by complete involvement in all aspects of the running of this busy pub and supporting your manager. You will also take the reins of managing the business yourself as and when required.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Working in both a wet and food led business
Managing a team of people
Sales led environment
Working to targets /KPI's
Skills
Coaching & Development
Exposure to P&L Management
Effective time management
People Management (conflict management / interpersonal skills)
Effective communicator
