Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in the day to day operation of the restaurant
To run the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager
Deliver exceptional customer service
Drive sales and maximise profits
To assist in recruitment, training, motivation, development and leading the team
Ordering of stock
Control of costs including stock levels, labour and food margin
Upholding the highest levels of cleanliness
Complying with all H&S requirements and food hygiene standards
Ideal candidate
Someone who has an excellent understanding of the restaurant industry and is driven to exceed expectations.
