Lettings & Sales Negotiator required for busy, well established, independent agent with a property portfolio located in Stockport, Greater Manchester and North Cheshire.
This is an exciting position where you will dedicate your time to letting properties and assisting with the growth and development of our new Estate Agency offices in Romiley & Stockport. There is massive potential for future development and growth within our friendly, hardworking team.
The role includes; conducting property viewings; matching and registering prospective clients with suitable properties in our portfolio; negotiate rental & sale offers; moving tenants in / out of property; organise internet property marketing; assist with marketing for new business generation. The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the Company to achieve overall business objectives.
Applicants need the ability to drive to properties throughout the region. A full clean UK driving licence and confidence in motorway driving (a company car is provided during working hours) is essential. We offer a competitive salary.
