Exciting opportunities are available working with our client. The External Funding team are in the process of expanding their contract portfolio, maximising opportunities across Yorkshire and Humber to secure funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund.
To support the ongoing successful delivery of the External Funding provision they are currently looking to recruit a Data Coordinator to join them. This post will be offered on a fixed term basis, and is anticipated to be for 18 months’ duration, but this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. The role will appeal to candidates who enjoy working in a rapidly changing sector and who enjoy being able to help shape the growth of a company.
This role will support the data and compliance administration of the Apprenticeship Growth Programme and Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) Service, which are funded by the European Social Fun (ESF) across the Humber. Leading all data processing through direct communication with internal delivery teams and delivery partners, you will coordinate data and check all submissions meet the ESF Eligibility to support the monthly claims process.
You will coordinate and support the Delivery Manager with monthly contract performance meetings and also produce management information for the Senior Leadership Team, Project Governance Group, Local Enterprise Partnership and Managing Authority.
Strong IT skills are essential, as is having a professional attitude and desire to exceed contractual targets. With previous experience on a Data Management systems role you will have a high accuracy and attention to detail, along with experience of managing and coordinating high volumes of data and documents in a fast changing environment.
