Job Title: Support Centre Officer
Salary: £14,506.22 to £16,166.76 per annum (30 Hours per week)
As a member of our Support Centre Team you will provide an immediate and effective response service to residents who receive the councils Lifeline service. You will need experience of working within a supportive customer service environment, clerical/administrative skills and possess a sympathetic ear and a calming nature. In return you should gain job satisfaction as you help to promote independent living for our customers.
As a Support Centre Officer you will work an average of 30 hours a week, on a 24 hour shift system which will include working outside of normal working hours. You must also be able to 'think on your feet' and have the ability to determine the appropriate course of action
