Fixed Term Contract until March 2018

An exciting opportunity is available working with our client. The External Funding team are in the process of expanding their contract portfolio, maximising opportunities across Yorkshire and Humber to secure funding from the European Structural and Investment Fund.

To support the ongoing successful delivery of the External Funding provision they are currently looking to recruit Resourcing / Recruitment Advisors to join them. These posts will be offered on a fixed term basis, and are anticipated to be for 18 months’ duration, but this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. The roles will appeal to candidates who enjoy working in a rapidly changing sector and who enjoy being able to help shape the growth of a company.

These are rewarding roles where you can contribute directly to the growth of the local economy by joining the Humberside Apprenticeship Growth Programme or the Humber Careers, Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) project. Supporting the relevant team to source suitable candidates for career opportunities that have been found by our team, you will also pre-screen and facilitate pre-interview preparation for all vacancy opportunities, ensuring a high quality, business led brokerage service is provided.

With GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) to Grade C, you will hold (or be willing to work towards) Advice and Guidance NVQ and have recent experience of working in a similar recruiting role. With a working knowledge of matching learners to suitable employment opportunities, you will deliver focused high quality advice, guidance and support.

These roles demand a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and people skills, and a high attention to detail. Strong IT skills are essential, as is a professional attitude, an organised approach to tasks and a desire to exceed contractual targets.
