The role description of the Payroll Consultant is as follows:

Designs Oracle configuration and RICEWs to meet the business process design and product requirements for Payroll.
Validate the design with the Client process leads and SMEs to ensure that the functional designs and configuration satisfies the requirements.
Participates in transitioning the designs to the developers, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
Provides guidance to offshore designers or developers in completing technical designs.
Develop and conduct conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options.
Conduct Oracle train the trainer training.
Provide status, updates on issues/risks to process lead/project management regarding process area.
