Property Surveyor
We are looking for a good Property Surveyor to work for an exciting company in Buckinghamshire, North London, the Property Surveyor will work within the Professional Services & Estate Management Team. This Team is responsible for property guidance & strategy including operational cost control, lease terminations and renewals.
The Property Surveyor manage all work requests received into the Property Team, maintain property guidance documents and undertake audits to ensure they are being implemented/adhered to by external Suppliers and support the Regional Property Surveyors with the management of Professional Services and Estate Management activities.
