Harvey Nash's public sector client is recruiting for a Resourcing Manager on an initial 9 month contract. This role will involve the design and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, this will include:
. Designing, developing and evaluating a recruitment policy
. Designing recruitment application and selection materials
. Support and take forward the recruitment of staff
. Ensure all processes are in line with the organisation's policies
. Provide overall HR advice and support
Essential skills:
. HR knowledge and expertise, particularly in the design and delivery of policies and recruitment processes
. Ability and confidence to set out and communicate a range of possible HR recruitment solutions
. A track record in delivering HR solutions within a challenging timescale
. CIPD qualification would be advantageous
