EMEIA FSO ASQ Programme Co-ordinator

ASQ (Assessment of Service Quality) is the globally consistent approach to capturing client feedback and monitoring satisfaction with service quality. It enables account handlers to objectively assess key relationships, whilst creating opportunities to improve and ultimately grow these accounts.

Working closely with the ASQ Leader, the ASQ Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of ASQ operations across the Finance Services Office (FSO). This involves communication of ASQ policy and requirements, tracking activity and results across all FSO locations and providing quality reporting and analysis to leadership.

Your responsibilities as the Programme Co-ordinator will include:

  • Processing of interview and survey requests and acting as the first port of call for all ASQ related operations queries
  • Co-ordinating with ASQ contacts outside of the FSO (Global, Americas UK&I ASQ teams) to provide a seamless service to the business and ensure regular exchange of data
  • Working with account teams to develop both internal and external ASQ client specific reports
  • Amalgamating and consolidating data in order to present an accurate picture of client feedback and FSO ASQ activity
  • Building a suite of regular quantitative and qualitative reporting to the FSO leadership team and other key stakeholders
  • Working with the ASQ leader to building a strong communication plan to maintain and develop the profile of ASQ in the business

Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Programme Co-ordinator:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferably with experience of Quantitative Analysis
  • Experience working with stakeholders within a Project Management setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An organised and methodical outlook and strong attention to detail
