Care & Support Worker - Older Persons Services
Our client now has an opportunity for a Care and Support Worker to join the team at their Coventry service. You will provide customers with a quality service to maintain their independent lifestyle.

Salary: £14,355 rising to £15,111 per annum (Full Time Equivalent) after successful completion of probation period
Hours: 18 hours per week (Part Time)
Contract Type: Permanent

As a Care & Support Worker, you will be working within our client's Older Persons Services, offering a person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower the individual to live a fulfilled and active life.
You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes Activity Planner, providing a range of social activities to customers.
