Service Desk Operator

The Canute Group is one of the UK's largest Logistics Firms. Due to expansion we are seeking a Service Desk Operator to join the Truck Crane Services team based in Purfleet, Essex.

This role is primarily responsible for scheduling engineers to attend customer’s site to complete work

As a Service Desk Operator your duties and responsibilities will be:

• Working within the Service Team
• Speaking with engineers and customer on a daily basis
• Schedule engineers daily work within your designated area
• Take breakdowns and arrange attendance
• Assist team members when required

An ideal Service Desk Operator will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Have excellent communication skills
• Computer Literate
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Good team player
• Pro active in their approach to work

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.  .
