Service Desk Operator
The Canute Group is one of the UK's largest Logistics Firms. Due to expansion we are seeking a Service Desk Operator to join the Truck Crane Services team based in Purfleet, Essex.
This role is primarily responsible for scheduling engineers to attend customer’s site to complete work
As a Service Desk Operator your duties and responsibilities will be:
- Working within the Service Team
- Speaking with engineers and customer on a daily basis
- Schedule engineers daily work within your designated area
- Take breakdowns and arrange attendance
- Assist team members when required
An ideal Service Desk Operator will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Computer Literate
- Able to work in a busy environment
- Good team player
- Pro active in their approach to work
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30. .
