Customer Services Assistant
15 hours per week, 35 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 21 July 2017
Hours are Monday - Friday, 11am - 2pm
GBP5,037 - GBP5,534 per annum
We are currently looking to appoint a part time Customer Services Assistant to work at City College Norwich and at our TEN Group locations. You will act as a welcoming focal point and be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You will also provide general information about the organisations and assist with general clerical duties.
Candidates should have a NVQ Level 2 Customer Services qualification, 2 years and have experience of working in busy reception environment and of using IT packages especially service desk systems (with good data entry, speed and accuracy)
