Foundation Studies Facilitator

FTE 0.7566 (32 hours per week/39 weeks per year)

GBP16,932.93 (pro rata GBP22,291.91 per annum)

We are looking to recruit a motivated, dynamic and reliable individual in the day-day delivery within the Foundation Studies department. The post holder will work within the team to facilitate the delivery of vocational subjects such as cooking skills, sports/exercise, personal and social development, horticulture, employability and life skills.

The post holder will be determined and committed to develop learners with difficulties, disabilities and wide range of other learning needs. The post holder will be expected to develop physical, emotional, social, intellectual and employability skills for each learner.

Experience with learners with BESD and a good working knowledge of foundation learning is essential as are effective organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for staff with drive and a passion to succeed in a demanding but rewarding environment.
