Lecturer, Hospitality and Catering (Professional Cookery)
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual to join the Department of Service Industries. The successful applicant will contribute to our range of courses in Hospitality and Catering but will focus on Level 3 Professional Cookery. We are looking for an experienced chef lecturer who is student focussed and able to develop students' study skills and deliver an outstanding learning experience in both the practical kitchen environment and the classroom. You will have a creative and innovative approach to Hospitality curriculum delivery and be a committed team player.
