We are now recruiting for a Catering Manager someone who has a great personality with a proven track record in achieving results, to work with chefs and food service assistants to plan and organise the food and drink service across the home. As the Catering Manager, you would make sure that the quality of the food is of a high standard, duties would include: food preparation, planning menus, supervisions with staff, organising functions and events, financial planning and managing budgets. Candidates must be innovative, creative and have strong management skills as well as having strong commercial and financial skills.
