Warehouse Administration Clerk
Magna Park Industrial Estate
Hours: Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:30
An established logistics company with a distribution site based at Magna Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, have identified a unique vacancy for an experienced Admin Clerk to join their team as a Product Customisation & Reverse Logistics Clerk.
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for the administration of sorting and storing of all returned items received and after sales products that are stored on site.
The main Admin duties will include:
• Making decisions on the process and organisation of the returns of stock
• Logging all returns, inputting data and maintaining efficient stock inventory
• Liaising with internal and external customers to agreed service levels by phone and email
• Keeping accurate records on the Warehouse Management System
The successful Admin Clerk we are looking for will have:
• Similar warehouse, administration and customer service experience ideally within the supply chain and logistics industry
• Computer skills to an intermediate level with an understanding of Warehouse Management Systems such as WMS and SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English
• Keen attention to detail and be assertive, precise and self motivated
