Duties & Responsibilities:
??? Responding to incoming enquiries via telephone, email and live chat
??? Providing dedicated support to the field based team
??? Providing written and verbal quotations
??? Preparation and dispatch of point of sale materials
??? Finding and qualifying new leads
??? Maintaining customer accounts on our database
??? Outbound sales & follow up calls to existing and potential customers

Candidate Requirements:
??? A ???can-do??? attitude coupled with an ability to get the job done
??? 2 years??? experience gained within the call center industry with B2B or B2C outbound telesales experience
??? Articulate and professional phone manner
??? Active listeners
??? Lots of enthusiasm, self-motivation and the desire to earn good money
??? Good numerical and Administration skills
