Due to accelerated growth a position has become available for a Trade Scheme Business Agent to join an award-winning UK bathroom retailer. Based in Horizon Park, Lancashire, the successful Trade Scheme Business Agent will join the management and sales team to earn a salary of £18,000 + commission.
As a Trade Scheme Business Agent you will work along with the team leader and Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations on the department. Working as part of an outbound sales team the primary focus is developing new business leads into appointments and then converting these into new business sales. Reporting to the Trade Counter Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
As a Trade Scheme Business Agent you will work along with the team leader and Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations on the department. Working as part of an outbound sales team the primary focus is developing new business leads into appointments and then converting these into new business sales. Reporting to the Trade Counter Manager, your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Achieving/exceeding KPI’s/Targets put in place by up-selling and cross selling from leads via phone, live chat and emails.
- Achieving/Exceeding individual KPI’s/Targets put in place for Trade Scheme sign ups and sales
- Making outbound sale calls and generating new leads
- Delivering all round excellent customer service and ensuring customers have a great shopping experience
- Answering queries from customers both via email and over the phone
- Working within established guidelines
- Sales order processing through the company’s virtual online store
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Confident, helpful and polite
- Excellent telephone manner
- Physically fit as you will be on your feet for a large part of the day
- Ability to work as part of a sales team
