onezeero. we are expanding our London team. RECRUITMENT MANAGER - SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAM - LONDON
We currently have a new role within our Software Development functions in London. We are looking for a strong Leader/Manager who has the ambition to push on to become a Director in the future. You will be in charge of building and developing the current team to improve process and billings, but also be instrumental in deciding which areas to invest in the future.
This is a Non billing role, but we need someone with a strong background in developing business for the team plus the day to day responsibiliities of managing a team.
Software Development Team Manager will manage recruiters in the following areas Java, Scala, PHP, PYTHON, .NET and C++
Salary on offer - DOE - GBP40/45k basic ~ 100k + Commission + Team bonus

You will have the following
- 4 years experience working in the software dev space (Java, Scala, PHP, PYTHON, .NET, C++)
- University degree (ideal but not essential)
- Financially driven
- Career orientated
