Personal Assistant to Managing Director

A vacancy has arisen for a Personal Assistant with Landmark Wholesale, Britain's leading Wholesale Group.

You will work closely with the Managing Director, and duties will include arranging meetings, diary management, taking minutes, Powerpoint presentations, and preparing staff contracts. You will also be heavily involved in the arrangement of our annual overseas conference and two UK annual events.

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role and be efficient, organised and calm under pressure.

Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount along with excellent typing skills, and a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. The ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

Competitive Salary + bonus + pension scheme.
Hours of work are 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch.
