with progression to £16,600 pa
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our school as the Head’s PA as soon as possible. This role has responsibility for dealing with confidential secretarial and administrative duties relating to all aspects of the Head’s work.
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years’ secretarial experience in an administrative and / or customer service environment and be able to operate at the highest level of confidentiality and discretion. Experience in a school setting would be highly desirable. The role requires an individual with outstanding interpersonal skills in dealing with parents, pupils, staff and visitors, a high degree of flexibility, an ability to work using their own initiative and excellent organisational skills to meet strict deadlines. A knowledge of all Microsoft packages is essential and experience with SIMS is also desirable.
This post is part time, working 27.5 hours a week, term time only (including INSET) plus two weeks during the summer holiday period. The exact working days and hours are to be discussed at interview.
