Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for a Telesales Executive to join their growing business on a part time basis in Stafford, ST16.

They pride themselves on having developed a strong and loyal database of clients and are now looking for a Telesales Executive to assist with the growth their current client database.

Position Summary;
As Telesales Executive, your role will be fast paced and will require a results driven, eager and experienced Sales person.

Key duties;
• Manage and develop your own set of accounts ranging from new to established customers
• Ensuring to continuously build on relationships with existing customers and exceed their expectations through providing excellent customer service
• Working to set daily, weekly & monthly targets
• Build specific product knowledge and a good understanding the market
• Providing excellent customer service and handling customer queries while offering advice and guidance
• Updating the in-house CRM, diarising calls and database management

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will ideally hold sales experience however this is not essential and training will be provided where required.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will;
• Be a dynamic, energetic and passionate individual who thrives in busy, upbeat sales environment
• Experience within a B2B sales role is advantageous
• A confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills will be the key to your success as a Telesales Executive, alongside strong IT skills and strong organisational skills.
• Suitable skills and experience may be within Telesales, Account Management, Business
Development, Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Telesales Representative
