This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing company. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to manage a number of countries that form the Balkan region to complement their busy sales team based in Barnsley.

Using your tenacity and commitment to selling, you will assist in profitably growing the company by developing relationships with existing and new clients. Through the application of your already honed sales skills, you will actively promote their products and services, developing business opportunities to ensure that goals and objectives are achieved and exceeded.

The role involves a mix of office based and client facing activity. There will also be regular international travel, visiting key clients in a defined territory with a requirement to attend international exhibitions.

The Company supply precision engineered turbochargers, core assemblies, repair kits and individual turbo components to the professional turbocharger aftermarket. They operate manufacturing sites in the UK and China, with sales and distribution from the UK Head Office as well as facilities in Poland and the USA.

Success in this role requires a proactive and dedicated sales person who is fluent in both English and ideally another language, and has a technical sales background. Experience of working in the Balkans region and an exporting environment is essential. Knowledge of the automotive industry would also be an advantage, however, full product training will be provided. As a true sales professional, with highly effective communications skills, it is essential that you have the ability to work effectively at all levels, are organised and can demonstrate a capability to develop and secure business from a wide and varied client base. You will have a good understanding of the Microsoft office suite of products and be used to working in an environment with a CRM system. It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence.

Three times winners of the prestigious UK Queen's Award for Enterprise, 2006, 2009 and 2014, they supply parts to turbo reconditioners in over 100 countries worldwide.
