Student Engagement Leader
35.75 hours per week, term time only
NJC Grade 4 Points 19 to 23 pro rata
Actual salary £15,633 rising to £17,736 pa
Required immediately to work within a successful and progressive Learning Support Department at The Becket School.
Your duties will include developing and delivering short courses to small groups of students on areas such as anger management, self-esteem and confidence building; developing and delivering coaching workshops
for parents and carers; working in the School's isolation unit, supervising students with an Internal Exclusion and supporting identified students to improve behaviour.
You will have extensive experience of working with young people, especially in improving behaviour for learning.
The successful candidate must be extremely reliable, enthusiastic, flexible,
and have a positive attitude.
Although the normal working day for this post will be from 8.15am to 4.15pm, the appointee will be required to work from 9.15am to 5.15pm when supervising an Internal Exclusion.
