Salary: £21,057 (Plumber), £19,939 (Carpenter)

South Hams District Council's Commercial Services Team have vacancies for a Plumber and a Carpenter at our Totnes Depot. The successful candidates must be suitably experienced and qualified to appropriate City and Guilds / NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

You will be part of a team maintaining the Council's property assets. The work will include day to day reactive repairs and maintenance together with working on some larger projects as required. You will be required to work alone and as part of a team. Applicants will require a flexible approach to meet the demands of the service provided. Vehicles and uniforms are provided. Driving licence is essential.
