As Employer Partnership Learning and Assessment Manager you will want to make a difference by inspiring learners and supporting employers, in developing and implementing an offer which breaks down the barriers to learning and exceeds delivery expectations on our work based and work placed learning contracts.

We are looking for a driven and dynamic manager to grow our Apprenticeship and work placed provision in both the Care and Services Sector so it is essential that you have solid management experience in operations and performance within this sector. It is also essential that you have managed a range of delivery teams across a variety of funding streams and fully understand the contractual delivery requirements.

Key responsibilities will be to support and develop a team of staff, implement and manage effective delivery, work to agreed contractual targets and quality standards of learning and assessment, progression and timely achievement. You will work proactively to develop internal procedures in order to establish consistent practice that meets funding and Awarding Organisation requirements, whilst cultivating strong relationships with all key stakeholders.

You will be well organised, self-disciplined and an effective communicator who can lead their team with passion to exceed all stakeholder expectations.

The post holder will have experience of managing / delivering in one or more of the following areas:

Health / Health and Social care / Dental / Children& Young People's Workforce / Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools /Sports / Agriculture / Horticulture / Arboriculture / Animal Care
