Customer Service & Sales Advisor - Online Heating Website

A sales and customer service advisor is wanted to join an on-line heating and plumbing merchant. This is a full time position based in their friendly and vibrant Colchester office. Working in a fast paced environment you will work with both the customer service and sales team on a daily basis, communicating with customers through phone, email and the site live chat.

Responsibilities:

- Processing orders.
- Dealing with customer service issues
- Following up and closing sales leads, via telephone, email and live chat.
- Email management.
- Helping customers with technical enquiries online.
- Researching product information with suppliers & manufactures.
- Editing and updating products & customer information using magneto online store
- Communicating with suppliers and arranging deliveries.

- Enthusiastic and driven individual.
- Previous sales and customer service experience (desired).
- Good academic record (A*-C GCSE grades).
- Excellent written and spoken English*.
- Confident telephone manner*.
- Willingness to learn technical product details.
- Able to deal with conflicts*.
- Always focusing on customer needs.
- Good understanding and knowledge of PC, IT and internet systems.
- Be able to solve problems and work off their own initiative.
