This is a vital role in the College's newly formed digital communications team. We're transforming the way we use digital to engage with our audiences and we're looking for a dynamic digital content officer to help us drive change within the organisation. The successful candidate will be passionate about producing user-centred content, and designing user journeys which make it effortless for website visitors to find the information they need. You will have plenty of experience working within a complex organisation, helping the digital team to maintain web standards, and you'll be familiar with SEO, web analytics and accessibility good practice. Most of all you'll need to enjoy working with others and have a flexible attitude. The role offers a balance between helping the digital team deliver the day job - supporting colleagues to deliver great digital content - and helping our drive towards digital transformation.
