Evergreen Marine has an exciting opportunity available for a Junior Shipping Clerk to join the team based in London. Working full time, permanent basis, the successful Junior Shipping Clerk will receive a competitive salary of £14,000 - £21,000 per annum depending on qualification and experience.

About the Junior Shipping Clerk Role:

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join our Customer Service Department, based in London Head Office, working for one of the largest container shipping companies in the world.

The Junior Shipping Clerk Objective:

- Provide an efficient and friendly customer service

- Ensure efficient, accurate and timely production of export matters

Duties as our Junior Shipping Clerk may include some of the following:

- Take bookings (Telephone, email or internet)

- Input and check for haulage/equipment availability

- Invoicing customers for extra charges and chase payment for non-credit customers

- Customer helpline

- Must have legal rights to work within UK, without sponsorship
