An Administration Assistant is required to work within a busy medical practice in Greater Leys, Oxford.

This role is an 11 month maternity cover contract and you will be working as part of a wider 5 person Administration team.

The role
As Administration Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
• Selection and production of mail merge letters
• Updating spreadsheets as required
• Handling and distributing physical and electronic post
• Production of simple invoices
• Retrieving, updating and uploading data into computer systems
• Arranging and minute taking of any key meetings

What you’ll need
• Experience within a medical environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided where necessary
• Office administrative experience
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and good computer skills are required
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
