As their Admissions Manager (HE), you will be responsible for enquiries and admissions for all Higher Education (HE) courses.
Acting as the named UCAS Admissions Manager, undertaking all liaison with respect to the College’s UCAS account, you will develop and coordinate UCAS admissions and manage the HE student loan applications process, ensuring effective communication with applicants, students and internal stakeholders.
Taking lead on the work of the Welcome administration team, you will continuously develop and effective process for HE admissions whilst managing central decision to interview process, interview dates and outcome communications, working closely with curriculum areas. The Admissions Manager will also be responsible for United Kingdom Visas and Immigration Service (UKVI) compliance for their international students and must work with their marketing department, local schools and Higher Education partners to market undergraduate courses to prospective students.
Educated to Level 4 or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of working within a customer relations role and have a good understanding of the UCAS admissions system. With a positive “can-do” attitude and the ability to work on own initiative, you will have successful experience of enquiry and related processes, in particular experience of using these to drive improvement.

You will have good attention to detail, a creative approach to problem solving and the willingness to be innovative when improving the learner experience.
