Salary: 17,000 - 17,500 depending on experience OTE 22,000 with bonuses.

Job Overview:

To asses new accident referrals from business partners to ascertain if they are fault/non fault. Make all necessary checks & enquiries into liability before arranging a replacement hire vehicle and/or repairs for non-fault clients. To ensure that all processes relating to Credit Hire and Credit Repair are managed in line with operational and department SLA's and to the agreed standard

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Call performance - Speaking with clients, customers & insurers to discuss, record and progress cases in a polite and professional manner. Answer calls quickly and handle efficiently
  • Data Input - Ensure data is processed in an accurate and timely manner in order to achieve set KPI's and protect the interests of the business
  • Quality Service - Provide a quality service to customers and clients ensuring products and services are explained accurately. Resolve telephone and written queries according to standard procedures and within agreed timescales to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promotion of all Products and Services - Support and promote all company products and services to meet business targets.
  • Administration - Complete necessary administration, e.g. productivity, case notes etc. to ensure up to date records available.
  • Managing Self - Manage own performance and personal development. Working efficiently and proactively to achieve targets and progression of own case load
  • Experience / Attributes:

    • Previous experience in Credit Hire/Insurance industry and a Credit Hire Conversions role is desirable however not essential
    • Able to work efficiently and proactively
    • Dynamic, results driven individual with excellent communication skills
    • Enthusiastic team player with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
